ORDER : The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the Contempt Petition (MD) No. 758 of 2016, to the effect that the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD) No. 10586 of 2015, dated 26.06.2015 is complied with and that the Contempt Petition may be closed. 2. Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
