JUDGMENT : Mansoor Ahmad Mir, J. 1. Mr. Jai Dev Thakur, learned proxy counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, stated at the Bar that he may be permitted to withdraw the appeal for the reason that parties have already settled the matter in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties in another appeal arising out of the same award being FAO No. 286 of 2011, titled as Himachal Road Transport Corporation and Another vs. Shri Rahul and Another. His statement is taken on record. 2. In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending applications, if any.
