JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. The prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No.3 to decide the appeal dated 14.1.2016 (Annexure P-10) against the office order dated 1.7.2005 (Annexure P-7) and order dated 11.9.2007 (Annexure P-8) passed by Chief Engineer (OP) North Jalandhar, PSPCL. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner is still pending and the petitioner is going to retire in February-2017. 3. Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the appeal pending before him for consideration by passing a speaking order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
