ORDER : Heard both sides. 2. It is represented on behalf of the Respondent/Contemnor that the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD) No. 18492 of 2014, dated 17.11.2014 has been complied with. 3. In view of the above submission made by the Learned Counsel for the Respondent/Contemnor, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in the present Contempt Petition and the same is liable to be closed. 4. As such recording the statement of the Learned Counsel for the Respondent/Contemnor, this Contempt Petition is closed.
