ORDER : The Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the typed set of papers of the writ petition, which runs as under: “With the liberty to file a petition before the 4th respondent to decide the matter immediately, I withdraw the writ petition.” 2. Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the 4th respondent/Assistant Commissioner, Hindu Religious & Endowment Board, Thoothukudi District, for redressal of his grievances in the manner known to Law and in accordance with Law. No costs.
