JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. 1. The petitioner being aggrieved by the order of suspension has filed the present petition. In response to notice of motion, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that services of the petitioner have been terminated and the present petition has become infructuous. He has also placed on record photocopy of the termination order passed on 11.08.2016. 2. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondent No.2, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the termination order. 3. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
