JUDGMENT Om Prakash-VII, J. The present application has been filed by the applicants under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the prayer to quash order dated 14.09.2015 in Criminal Case No. 766 of 2015, under Section 97 , 98 Cr.P.C., Police Station Civil Lines, District Budaun arising out of complaint Case No. 766 of 2015 under Section 363 , 367, 323, 427, 504, 506, 120-B IPC, pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 3, Budaun. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGA appearing for the State. 3. Submission of the leaned counsel for the applicants is that applicant no. 1 is major and she is ready to appear before the court concerned to record her statement. It was further submitted that court concerned be directed to set aside the order dated 14.09.2015 and to obtain the medical report with regard to ensuring the age of the applicant no. 1. 4. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and hearing the parties, no ground is made out to interfere with the order dated 14.09.2015 at this stage. 6. So far as appearance of the applicant no. 1 before the court concerned to record her statement is concerned, if she is willing to appear before the court concerned, she may apply for recording her statement. Thus, the application is disposed of.
