JUDGMENT : Anil R. Dave, J. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. By virtue of the impugned judgment, the respondent has been directed to be reinstated in service with 50% back wages. 3. As the respondent had worked hardly for three years before termination of his service and he is not inclined to render service with the appellant-employer, in the interest of justice, a lumpsum compensation of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs) be paid to the respondent by the appellant-employer within one month from today. The said amount shall be in full and final settlement and no further litigation shall arise afterwards on the subject matter of the appeal. 4. The impugned judgment is set aside and the appeal stands disposed of as allowed to the above extent with no order as to costs. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
