Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 has filed affidavit of respondent No.3 in the Court and the same is taken on record wherein it has been mentioned that as per decision of the Board of Governors of Maharaja Ranjit Singh State Technical University, Bathinda, all the posts of Assistant Professors advertised vide advertisement No. GZSPTU/FACULITY/104/NOV-2013 stands scrapped and the same shall be advertised afresh as per UGC norms. 2. In view of submissions made by learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3, the present writ petition has become infructuous. 3. Dismissed as having become infructuous.
