ORDER : The learned counsel on record for the petitioner has circulated a letter, dated 01.07.2016 to the Registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. The said letter is placed on record. 2. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
