JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. 1. In the present petition, the order of transfer dated 28.10.2015 (Annexure P-2) has been challenged, which is stated to be contrary to the transfer policy. 2. While issuing notice of motion on 04.11.2015, the operation of impugned transfer order was also stayed. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the petitioner has retired from service on 31.03.2016 and hence, the present petition has become infructuous. Dismissed as such.
