JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. 1. Challenge in the present writ petition is impugned order dated 5.5.1998 (Annexure P-7) whereby the petitioner was reverted from the post of Central Head Teacher to the post of Head Teacher. 2. At the time of issuance of notice of motion, operation of the impugned order was stayed. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner might have retired upto now and nothing survives in the petition as the case is of the year 1998. No communication is there from petitioner. 4. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed. However, in case, any relief remains to be contested, the petitioner is at liberty to move an application for recalling of the order.
