Learned counsel for respondent No.6 submits that the present petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been promoted and has been transferred thereafter. 3. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for respondent No.6, the main case which is fixed for 07.10.2016, is preponed for today. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this petition as the petitioner has been promoted and transferred thereafter. 5. Dismissed as withdrawn. 6. However, it is for the respondent-department to post respondent No.6 at appropriate station.
