ORDER : This writ petition has been filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the third respondent from drawing the high tension line in the petitioner's property in S. No.2 62 for an extent of 22 cents in Pirattiyur Village, Trichy West Taluk, Trichy District and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 22.06.2016 made by the petitioner. 2. Mr. M. Murugan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for R.1 and 2 and Mrs. Srimathi, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for the third respondent. 3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case of the petitioner, this Court only directs the third respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.06.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
