JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. In the present petition, the order of transfer has been challenged. 2. While issuing notice of motion on 27.04.2016, operation of the impugned order of transfer dated 18.04.2016 was also stayed. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the petitioner has retired from service on 31.08.2016 and hence, the present petition has become in fructuous. 4. Dismissed as such.
