ORDER : 1. There is no representation for the petitioner. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent that the order passed in the writ petition in W.P. (MD) No.2648 of 2013 dated 22.08.2014 has been complied with by issuing a proceedings dated 25.09.2014 by the No.1-Joint Sub-Registrar, Karaikudi. He has also produced a copy of the said proceedings. 2. Recording the abovesaid statement, this contempt petition is closed by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings of the No.1-Joint Sub-Registrar, Karaikudi, in a manner known to law. No costs.
