JUDGMENT : Hon’ble Sudhanshu Dhulia, J. This matter was listed yesterday i.e. on 13.01.2016 on an urgency application and the date was fixed for today. Considering the urgency of the matter the matter is being heard today itself. This revision has been filed against the judgment and order dated 18.07.2011 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haridwar in Case No. 345 of 2011, whereby the revisionist was convicted under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act and sentenced her to undergo one year rigorous imprisonment with fine of Rs. 3,10,000/- to the complainant/opposite party. The revisionist preferred an Appeal against the said order before the Court of IInd Additional Session Judge, Haridwar which has upheld the judgment and order passed by the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, vide order dated 16.12.2013. Aggrieved, the revisionist preferred the present revision before this Court on 28.01.2014. The revisionist, by now, has surrendered before the Court concerned and presently she is in jail since 04.01.2016. Summon the lower Court record. Considering the fact that the revisionist is a woman, let the revisionist (Smt. Munni Devi) be enlarged on interim bail, for a period of six weeks from her release, on her executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. List this matter on 23.02.2016 before the regular court in the daily cause list. It is further made clear that the revisionist shall remain present before the Court on the next date fixed.
