JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that order of release of the pension has been passed. 2. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such. 3. However, the respondents are directed to make payment of the amount within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 4. Learned counsel further contends that the petitioner is also entitled for interest. 5. In case any delay is there on the part of the respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to move representation, which shall be decided by the respondents by passing a speaking order.
