JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. 1. The claim of seniority is there in the present petition, which is of the year 1995. 2. Neither the counsel for the petitioners is present nor petitioners. Even notices issued to the petitioners have been received back un-served. It appears that with the passage of time, the petitioners might have retired. 3. Dismissed for want of prosecution. 4. In case anything remains to be decided, the petitioners are at liberty to move an application for recalling of the order.
