JUDGMENT : Mansoor Ahmad Mir, Chief Justice (Oral) By the medium of this Review Petition, the petitioners have sought review of the judgment and order dated 04.11.2015, made by this Court in CWP No. 3641 of 2009, titled Union of India & others versus Shri Lal Dass, for short =impugned judgment', on the ground which was not available to them, at the time when the impugned judgment was made. 2. The petitioners have sought the review on the ground of subsequent developments, i.e. judgment made by the Apex Court. 3. We have gone through the impugned judgment and the review petition. The petitioners have not made any ground in terms of the mandate of Section 114 read with Order 47 of the Code of Civil Procedure. No case for review is made out. 4. In view of the above, the review petition is dismissed in limine.
