ORDER : 1. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent that the order passed in the writ petition in W.P. (MD) No.11974 of 2015 dated 01.07.2015 has been complied with by issuing a proceedings dated 05.08.2015 by the District Registrar, Virudhunagar. He has also produced a copy of the said proceedings. 2. Recording the abovesaid submission, the contempt petition is closed by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings of the District Registrar, Virudhunagar, in a manner known to law. No costs.
