JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. The grievance of the petitioner, in the present petition, is that her father, who was working as Sweeper-cum-Chowkidar in Punjab State Corporation Limited, Talwara, District Hoshiarpur, expired on 04.11.2015 while in service. Subsequently, the petitioner served a legal notice dated 10.03.2016 (Annexure P-2) upon the respondents but no action has been taken thereupon so far. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, the directions are issued by this Court to decide the legal notice dated 10.03.2016 within some stipulated period. 3. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the legal notice dated 10.03.2016 and pass necessary orders in accordance with law including the policy applicable to such like cases, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4. In case, the petitioner is found to be entitled for appointment, the necessary action be taken within two months thereafter. 5. However, in case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents, she is at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy. 6. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
