JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the objections raised by the petitioner with regard to the written test conducted by respondent No.2. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the public notice, the petitioner has submitted the objections but the same are still pending. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, the directions are issued by this Court to decide the objections, which are still pending. 3. In view of the limited prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the objections raised by the petitioner with regard to the written test and take necessary action thereupon in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
