JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of order of dismissal dated 18.10.2004 (Annexure P-2) and also orders dated 14.4.2005 (Annexures P-3 to P-5) whereby order dated 18.10.2004 has been upheld. A prayer has also been made for issuance of direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential benefits and also for issuance of directions to the respondents to consider and decide the appeal filed by the petitioner against order of dismissal dated 18.10.2004, which is still pending. 2. Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to make all efforts to consider and decide the appeal of the petitioner, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
