JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated persons, namely, Devinder Singh and others, have approached this Court by way of filing CWP No. 6991 of 2013, which was disposed of with a direction to respondents to decide their representation and in case, they were found entitled, the necessary relief be granted to them. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the case of the petitioners is also at par with the petitioners in the above-said writ petition. Petitioners have also made representation but no action has been taken thereon so far. Petitioners would be satisfied in case similar directions are issued to the respondents to decide the representation filed by them. 2. In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners, as made out in representation dated 18.4.2016 (Annexure P-3), and take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3. In case, the petitioners are found entitled for the aforesaid relief, the same be granted to them within a period of two months thereafter and in case, any adverse order is passed, the petitioners are at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
