JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. 1. In compliance of Order passed by this Court on 15.12.2015, the result of the petitioner has been brought in a sealed cover. However, on checking the result after opening the envelope, it has come to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has been shown to be “ineligible” as she does not fulfill the essential qualification of being graduate with Hindi as one of the subjects. 2. In view of prayer in the present petition and also the result, no ground is made out to interfere in the case. 3. The petition is accordingly dismissed. 4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the action of respondents. 4. The photocopy of the result be supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.
