ORDER : Heard M/s. Rajeswari Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.Ambigapathi, learned counsel for the Respondent. 2. Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.60 of 2015 on the file of Principal Subordinate Judge at Tiruvannamalai to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner/wife submits that the respondent/husband has filed H.M.O.P.No.60 of 2015 on the file of Principal Subordinate Judge at Tiruvannamalai, seeking divorce. Submitting that the petitioner along with her uncle is residing at Chennai and hence, she finds it difficult to travel to Thiruvannamalai to attend the hearing of the case, learned counsel prays for transfer. 4. Considering the submissions made, this Court directs transfer of H.M.O.P.No.60 of 2015 on the file of Principal Subordinate Judge at Tiruvannamalai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. 5. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, accordingly, is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
