ORDER : Earlier, this Court, on 4.6.2015 in W.P(MD)No.7766 of 2015 filed by the Petitioner, had disposed of the Writ Petition, by directing the Respondents to do the survey in the presence of the Petitioner as well as the other parties. 2. At this stage of hearing of the matter, it is brought to the notice of this Court on behalf of the Fifth Respondent/The Executive Officer, Town Panchayat, Ponnamaravathy and Taluk, Pudukkottai District that the Fifth Respondent had obtained an order of interim stay in W.P(MD)No.14865 of 2015 and M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015,dated 18.08.2015 and the same is in force as on today. As such, it appears that the order, dated 4.6.2015 passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.7766 of 2015 is not to be complied with by the concerned official respondents. 3. In view of the fact that the Fifth Respondent had obtained an order of interim stay in W.P(MD)No.14865 of 2015 and M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015,dated 18.08.2015, this Court, for the present, closes the Contempt Petition.
