JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. 1. The prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order dated 10.12.2014 (Annexure P-5), whereby, the appointment of the petitioner for the post of Constable has been denied after selection. 2. In response to notice of motion, the reply has been filed which is already on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been given appointment but no benefits have been granted to him, whereas, he is entitled for the same from the date when the other similarly situated candidates have been appointed. 4. Since the petitioner has been given appointment vide Order dated 19.08.2015 (Annexure R-1) and as such, the present petition qua appointment has become infructuous. 5. As far as other consequential benefit are concerned, the petitioner is at liberty to move representation to the concerned authority which shall be considered by the respondents. 6. The petition stands disposed of.
