JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that he was promoted as Fitter on 25.06.2015 in the pay scale of Rs.5910- 20200+2400/- grade pay, whereas, he was entitled to be placed in the pay scale of Rs.5910-20200+2800/- grade pay. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a representation dated 24.09.2015 (Annexure P-4) to the concerned authority. He further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, the directions are issued by this Court to consider his representation and take necessary action thereupon in accordance with law. 3. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 24.09.2015 (Annexure P-4) and take necessary action thereupon in accordance with relevant rules/instructions applicable to the case of the petitioner. 4. In case, the petitioner is required to be heard before passing any order, an opportunity be given to him. 5. The necessary exercise be done within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 6. However, in case, the petitioner is found to be entitled for the relief sought for in the representation, the same be granted to him within a period of three months thereafter and in case, any adverse order is to be there then the speaking order be passed.
