Ajit Singh; CJ.:-- 1. Heard on admission. This intra-court appeal is directed against the order dated 4.2.2016 passed by the learned Single Judge of this High Court in I.A. No. 105/2015 whereby he has vacated the interim stay order dated 26.3.2015. 2. In WP(C) No. 1725/2015, the appellant has challenged the select list, promotion and posting of respondent No. 5 as Headmaster in Khairarchar M.E. School. 3. The learned Single Judge vide order dated 26.3.2015 stayed the posting of respondent No. 5 as Headmaster in Khairarchar M.E. School. Aggrieved, respondent No. 5 filed I.A. No. 105/2015 for vacating of stay order dated 26.3.2015 on the ground that he had already joined at Khairarchar M.E. School. The learned Single Judge by the impugned order has agreed with respondent No. 5 and vacated the stay order dated 26.3.2015. It is in this background, the appellant has filed the present appeal. 4. WP(C) No. 1725/2015 of the appellant is still pending. 5. It is to be noted that vide order dated 29.2.2016, this Court has directed the parties to maintain status-quo in respect to the post of Headmaster in Khairarchar M.E. School. 6. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we, without going into merits of the case, deem it proper to finally dispose of this appeal with a request to the learned Single Judge to decide WP(C) No. 1725/2015 on an early date. And till its decision, the interim order dated 29.2.2016 directing the parties to maintain status-quo shall continue. The appeal stands accordingly disposed of.
