JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that he was transferred vide order dated 30.06.2016 (Annexure P-3) but he has not been relieved. Petitioner made a representation on 5.8.2016 but his request has not been considered and no action has been taken thereupon so far. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case the directions are issued by this Court to take action on the representation dated 5.8.2016 (Annexure P-6). 3. Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 5.8.2016 (Annexure P-6) and take necessary action within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
