JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that he applied for the post of Educational Service Provider (P.T.I.) in compliance of the directions issued by this Court in CWP No. 1572 of 2013 along with other connected matters decided on 30.1.2013 but while considering the case of the petitioner, marks for experience certificate have not been awarded to him. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a representation dated 29.12.2015 (Annexure P-12) but the same has not been considered. He submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case the directions are issued by this Court to take action on the representation dated 29.12.2015. 3. In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 29.12.2005 (Annexure P-12) and take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
