ORDER : 1. Heard both sides. 2. By consent of both sides, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3. No counter is filed on behalf of the Respondents. 4. According to the Petitioner, he is in possession of agricultural land in S.F.No.680/3B, situated at Porulur, Village, Oddanchathiram Taluk, Dindigul District, measuring an extent of 2 acres and 20 cents. As a matter of fact, the adjacent land owners also doing agricultural activities. 5. It is the case of the Petitioner that the Second Respondent's Office published the UDR Scheme Land Maps, the survey boundary of his land is in a incorrect and mistaken fashion and in this regard, he submitted a representation dated 27.4.2015 on earlier occasion and later, projected a representation on 19.7.2016 addressed to the Second Respondent/The Tahsildar, Taluk Office, Oddanchathiram, Dindigul District to look into the mistake that had crept in, in the subject-matter in issue. Thereafter the Petitioner has filed an appeal before the First Respondent on 31.7.2015 to cancel the UDR Scheme Map and to follow the earlier original Map, which is available in the First Respondent's Office. Since no action has been taken on the part of the First Respondent, the Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition before this Court. 6. At this stage, this Court without traversing upon the merits and contents of the representations/appeal of the Petitioner dated 19.7.2015 and 31.7.2015, this Court, in the interest of justice, directs the First Respondent/The Assistant Director and Personnel Assistant to the District Collector (Ne.Aa), Collectorate, Dindigul to look into the representation/appeal of the Petitioner, dated 19.7.2015 and 31.7.2015 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the First Respondent is directed to dispose of the same in a free, fair, unbiased and dispassionate manner, on merits (of course after providing necessary opportunity to the Petitioner and others concerned, if any, by adhering to the principles of natural justice in true letter and spirit) within a period of three weeks thereafter. It is open to the Petitioner to produce copies of all necessary/relevant documents before the First Respondent and the First Respondent in-turn shall take into consideration of the same at the time of disposal of the representation/appeal of the Petitioner, dated 19.7.2015 and 31.7.2015.
