JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated employees filed CWP No.27463 of 2013 and the same was decided on 21.05.2015. The necessary relief has been granted by the respondent-Department to those persons in the said petition. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if their case is decided in view of decision passed in Civil Writ Petition No.9294 of 1993 titled as Thana Singh and others vs. The Punjab State Electricity Board and another, decided on 21.01.2010 as well as in CWP No.27463 of 2013 titled as Sham Labhaya and others vs. Punjab State Power Corporation Limited decided on 21.05.2015. 3. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and without issuing notice to the other party, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the case of the petitioners in view of Thana Singh's case (supra) as well as Sham Labhaya's case (supra) and if the case of the petitioners is covered by said judgments, the benefits be granted to them within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
