ORDER : 1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner reports that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter and hence, the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. Mr. Anwar Sameem, who is representing the counsel on record, makes an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the endorsement, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
