ORDER : 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the typed-set of papers of the Review Petition to the effect that the Review petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Review Petition. 2. Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, the Review Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
