ORDER : This Writ Petition has been filed by R.Sampathkumar, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Second Respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2016 with regard to transfer from Ittamozhi Government Higher Secondary School, Tirunelveli to Government Higher Secondary School, Munneer Pallam, Tirunelveli in the General Transfer Counselling schedule to be held on 06.08.2016. 2. Mr. R.Sampathkumar, working as Head Master at A.V.J. Government High School, Itta Mozhi, Tirunelveli District has made a representation on 23.07.2016, seeking a request to consider his representation to transfer from Ittamozhi Government Higher Secondary School, Tirunelveli to Government Higher Secondary School, Munneer Pallam, Tirunelveli. 3. This Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition for the simple reason that the transfer of teachers is decided only in a General Counselling, which is scheduled to be held on 06.08.2016. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to wait and take part in the general counselling after receiving a call letter, if he is eligible, and workout his remedy. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
