ORDER : It is represented on behalf of the Respondents/Contemnors that a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs was paid to the Petitioners and this fact is not disputed on behalf of the Petitioners. Also, on behalf of the Petitioners, in the Contempt Petitions, endorsements were made to the effect that the Contempt Petitions are withdrawn. 2. Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsements so made, the Contempt Petitions stands dismissed as withdrawn.
