ORDER : 1. The petitioner, who is a contractor of Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation, Kanyakumari Region, supplying lorries to transport the PDS commodities for the period of 2012-13. However, there was a failure to provide the lorries and therefore the petitioner was issued a show-cause notice as to why the petitioner should not be put in a black list. 2. When the matter is taken up today for hearing, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had been paid the entire amount as per the demand made by the Corporation and that the show-cause notice was also withdrawn. He further submits that the Performance Certificate was also issued by the respondent/corporation. 3. Recording the statement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
