JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that qua petitioners No. 1, 2, 4 and 5, the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn as they have not qualified the test and only petitioner No.3 is the candidate whose claim is to be considered. 2. Dismissed as withdrawn qua petitioners No. 1, 2, 4 and 5. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that similar petition bearing CWP No. 1438 of 2016 titled as Gurwinder Singh and others vs. State of Punjab and others, decided on 11.8.2016 has been dismissed by this Court and subsequently selected candidates have also been appointed and they are not party in the present petition. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner No.3 wants to withdraw this petition qua petitioner No.3 also with liberty to challenge the selection. 5. Dismissed as withdrawn with the said liberty.
