JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. 1. The prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to refix the pay of the petitioners at par with the pay of his juniors. 2. Case was adjourned on the last date of hearing on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner to get present status. 3. Mr. C.M. Chopra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of making all efforts, he could not get instructions with regard to present status of the case. 4. Keeping in view the prayer and the fact that the matter is of the year 1993 and the instruction with regard to present status is required, which has not been received, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an application for recalling of order, in case, anything survives.
