On 13.07.2016, the case was adjourned on request of learned counsel for the petitioner to address arguments as to how the award can be challenged in this writ petition when alternative remedy is there and the order of termination has not been challenged. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh one to meet out the objections raised in this petition. 3. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
