JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No.14238 of 1991 titled as 'Sukhdev Singh and others vs. State of Punjab and others', decided on 10.03.2010 (Annexure P-1). The petitioner also served a legal notice (Annexure P-2) upon the respondents but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, directions are issued to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in view of Sukhdev Singh's case (supra). 2. Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the legal notice (Annexure P-2) and pass necessary order in accordance with law. 3. In case, the petitioner is found to be entitled for the relief sought, the same be granted to her within a period of two months after decision of legal notice. In case, the petitioner is still aggrieved in any manner, she is at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy.
