JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. 1. On 14.9.2016, learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 submitted that the present petition has become in fructuous as the only prayer made in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 5 to conduct inquiry, which has already been conducted. On that day, the case was adjourned on the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner to verify the same. 2. Today no one is present on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Keeping in view the prayer and submissions made by learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3, the present petition has become in fructuous and is dismissed as such. 4. However, in case anything survives in the petition, the petitioner is at liberty to move an application for recalling of the order.
