JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Gupta, J. The petitioner had appeared in the Intermediate Examination 2015 conducted by the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, U.P. Allahabad. In the said examination, the petitioner has been awarded one mark in Chemistry I Paper. The petitioner has applied for scrutiny on 28 May 2015. The grievance of the petitioner is that the result of scrutiny has not been intimated to her. She has therefore approached this Court seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to produce her answer scripts in Chemistry I Paper and for a further direction to the third respondent to carry out scrutiny in Chemistry I Paper on the basis of the application made by the petitioner and inform her about the result of the same. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that although the application for scrutiny was made in the month of May 2015, but so far the petitioner has not been apprised of the outcome of the scrutiny. 3. Learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents very fairly stated that the petitioner will be informed of the outcome of the scrutiny within such time as may be directed by this Court. 4. Since the application for scrutiny is still pending and the petitioner is not aware of the outcome of the scrutiny, therefore, in the facts and circumstances of the instant case, this Court does not consider it proper to direct the respondents to produce the answer scripts before this Court. However, the respondents are commanded to apprise the petitioner of the outcome of the scrutiny in Chemistry I Paper of the Intermediate Examination 2015, within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced by the petitioner before the third respondent. The writ petition stands disposed of.
