ORDER : The Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has given a letter, dated 30.07.2016, to the Registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. 2. Recording the aforesaid letter and the endorsement so made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
