ORDER : Mr. G.Kanthan, was issued with a call letter dated 09.12.2015 by the second respondent inviting him to appear for the post of Village Assistant. On receipt of the same, the petitioner also appeared in the interview held on 18.12.2015. Thereafter, the petitioner has not been informed about his result. In this regard, the petitioner has sent a representation on 12.05.2016 and the same having not been responded, the petitioner is before this Court. 2. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. 3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.05.2016 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter and this order should not be construed as giving any position direction to the second respondent. The second respondent shall pass orders depending upon the facts involved in this Writ Petition. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
