ORDER : When the matter is taken-up for hearing, Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader produced an order made in Na.Ka.No.29260/2016/Uoo.Va.11 dated 15.07.2016 rejecting the request made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition. At this juncture, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order of dated 15.07.2016. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 15.07.2016 passed by the respondents. No costs.
