JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the prayer in the present petition is for issuing directions to the respondents to retire the petitioners on attaining the age of 60 years being Class-IV employees. He further contends that inspite of writing so many letters to the petitioners, no intimation has been received from them and in view of the prayer made in the present petition, nothing survives as it is a petition of the year 1999. 2. Dismissed. 3. However, in case anything survives in the petition, the petitioners are at liberty to move an application for recalling of the order.
